Stamping Out Racism

The Greater Rochester Chapter of the American Red Cross participated in the YWCA's Stand Against Racism campaign. Stand Up Against Racism is an annual community-wide event to build awareness about racism.

The event on April 17th, included activites and discussions about how racism affects people in the workplace, community and families. This event called attention to the need to not only be diverse but also to be inclusive which means to involve everyone regardless of their race, ethnicity, religion or other differences.
